At Dignifyd Tech and Consulting Pvt Ltd., we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality IT products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

Software Products (Digital Goods)

Because our software products are delivered electronically and made available immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we may offer refunds in the following cases:

  • A major technical issue prevents the software from functioning as described.

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase.

  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

To request a refund, please include:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Description of the issue

  • Screenshots or logs (if applicable)

IT Services, Development, and Consulting

Refunds for services already delivered are not provided, as time and expertise are non-recoverable. However:

  • If a project has not yet started, you may request a 100% refund of any upfront payment.

  • If work has begun but is not completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work delivered up to the request date.

Any dissatisfaction should be communicated promptly so we can attempt to resolve it.

Subscription-Based Services (SaaS / Support Plans)

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles.

  • No refunds are issued for unused time in the billing period.

  • If a technical failure causes prolonged service downtime (48+ hours), you may request a service credit to be applied to your next billing cycle.
