The Challenge
The Adviteey Nari initiative in Baghpat faced significant challenges in ensuring that women across the district had proper access to information about welfare schemes, safety resources, and development opportunities. Despite continuous efforts from the District Magistrate (DM) and district teams, many women remained unaware of the benefits available to them due to limited outreach, low digital exposure, and scattered communication sources. Complex scheme guidelines and unclear processes created confusion, making it difficult for women to understand eligibility and required documents. The program needed a clear, structured, and accessible communication mechanism to bridge this information gap and effectively reach women in both rural and urban areas of Baghpat.
What We Did?
To support the efforts of the District Magistrate (DM) Baghpat, we developed a structured and women-focused communication strategy for the Adviteey Nari initiative. Our approach centered on simplifying scheme information, safety resources, and development opportunities into clear, easy-to-understand content tailored for women across the district.
We created visually engaging awareness materials, social media content, and informative posts to ensure consistent outreach in both rural and urban areas. Localized messaging was used to address real challenges faced by women in Baghpat, helping them understand eligibility, documentation, and available support.
