The client’s outdated workflows resulted in increased costs and errors due to manual data handling. To modernize, they aimed to automate processes, starting with the challenging document management and paper-based patient registration.
Operating in a strictly regulated market, the client introduced a registration system on their website for new patients and caregivers seeking herbal medication. Despite demanding comprehensive documentation, the outdated manual document submission process through traditional mail led to delays, frustration, and potential document loss.

Dignifyd capitalized on an opportunity to drive digital transformation in response to a client’s challenge. Our approach centered around developing a customized web app to optimize user registration and authorization processes, aimed at improving efficiency in registration and document management.
Our development strategy focused on close alignment with the client’s operational needs and industry requirements, ensuring efficient progress tracking and timely delivery. We designed Angular apps with OAuth 2.0 integration for secure data exchange, utilized Amazon SQS/SNS for asynchronous communication, hosted digital documents on Microsoft Azure’s M-Files, and ensured swift data retrieval through Apache Solr. This integration spanned the client’s e-commerce platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, while proactive automation streamlined order and warehouse management processes, incorporating a bespoke order management system and dynamic warehouse automation through abstract APIs.
